I'm a "carnivore" who loves meat, and yet Paradigm's all-vegan/vegetarian menu was amazing! Great bagels, solid ingredients, perfect music venue. Don't be put off by the vegetarian nature, it's great.

Best place in Sheboygan, no doubt. Kate (the owner) is AMAZING. So, so nice. The staff is wonderful. Once I was very uncomfortable with someone and the men on staff told me they were there and would make sure nothing got out of hand. They are so inclusive and welcoming and their food is AMAZING. I get the Strawberry lemonade and a plain bagel sandwich every time. I love it.

Super vegan friendly (no charge for vegan milk, lots of vegan pastries, and sandwiches) and run by a really rad women who brings loads of culture to Sheboygan. Any city would be lucky to have a paradigm or Kate in it! Edit June 2019: super disappointed I already reviewed paradigm cause I just wanted to give them 5 stars again.
